RESERVATIONS - FUTURE LUNCHES

USE THIS FORM TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A FUTURE LUNCH.

Lunches are $35 for members; $45 for non members with PAID IN ADVANCE reservations. $50 for late registrations and walk ins. Your registration is a firm commitment. We do not accept "tentative" registrations without payment.

Registrations close the Tuesday before the lunch. Registrations after the cut off date - OR RESERVATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT, even if submitted online - will be counted as walk ins and will not be on the registration list.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PAID FOR PRIOR TO THE LUNCH.
Cancellations accepted up to 5:00 pm on the TUESDAY prior to the date of the lunch. No refunds or online reservations after that time.
