This year's annual barbecue will be held at Schlumberger Vector products facility, 555 Industrial Blvd, Sugarland and we expect around 350 people to attend. If you wish to exhibit, please register early.

Exhibit table are $150.00 and are issue on a first come basis. Use the form below to register. Each exhibitor will receive:

• Table with 110 VAC if requested, (No security)

• One complementary registration 

• Post event roster of attendees  

• Pre and post-event listings on this web site, with hyperlinks for web site logo sponsors.      

Exhibitors may start setting up in the exhibit area at 2:00 pm., Thursday, October 26 and must remove all exhibit material at the close of the event on Thursday evening.  Table-top displays are strongly suggested, over booth setups.  

If you are not interested in exhibiting but would like to contribute in some other way, we are looking for financial contributions; give Dave Brightwell a call at 281-497-5056/ [email protected].  Profits from the barbecue support our scholarship fund.  Last year we awarded over $20,000 in scholarships.
